Mijn excuus indien er hierboven taalfouten staan, ik heb het in de vlucht overgetypt, en mijn enthousiame was groot. Vult een hiaat in (althans in mijn boekenkast) en is op het eerste zicht een zeer verzorgde uitgave en vlot geschreven.
